3 cups chopped cooked chicken 3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped 1/2 cup chopped celery 3 cups cooked Riceland Extra Long Grain Rice 1 cup cubed American cheese 2 cups Chinese noodles 1/2 cup chicken broth 1 can (10.5 oz.) cream of mushroom or chicken soup 3/4 cup mayonnaise 1 cup buttered bread crumbs
Combine all ingredients except bread crumbs; pour into large greased casserole dish. Bake at 350F for 1 hour. For last 15 minutes, remove casserole dish and sprinkle on bread crumbs; return to oven to brown. (From our "Make it Right with Riceland Rice" cookbook)
