2-1/2 lbs. lean ground beef 1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms 1 can golden mushroom soup 1 envelope dry onion soup mix 1 cup red wine 3 cups cooked Riceland Gold Perfected Rice
Brown beef and drain. Combine beef with remaining ingredients except rice. Pour into greased baking dish. Cover and bake at 325F for 1 hour. Serve over rice. Sure to impress any guest! (From our "Golden Fork Classics" cookbook)
