1 lb. pork sausage 1 cup cooked Riceland Gold Perfected Rice 1 pkg. (8 ct.) refrigerated crescent rolls 4 eggs, slightly beaten 1/4 cup milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
Brown and drain sausage; mix with rice. Separate crescent rolls. Place side by side in pizza pan and press together to form crust. Combine eggs, milk and seasonings; set aside. Spoon rice-sausage mixture over crust. Top with cheeses and pour egg mixture over all. Bake in 350F oven for 30 minutes. A great on-the-go breakfast! (From our "Golden Fork Classics" cookbook)
