3 lbs. fresh pork spareribs 1-1/4 cups soy sauce 2 cloves garlic, crushed 1 tsp. salt 2 Tbsp. sugar or honey 1 Tbsp. sherry wine 4 cups cooked Riceland Gold Perfected Rice
Rinse off ribs and dry with toweling. Place remaining ingredients, except rice, in large deep bowl and mix well. Let ribs marinate 10 minutes, moving occasionally so that flavor soaks in evenly. Place ribs on broiler and broil until both sides are brown and well-cooked, basting occasionally with sauce from which garlic has been strained. Serve ribs on individual servings of hot rice.
