1-1/2 lbs. lean beef, cut into 1-inch cubes 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine 1 tsp. garlic salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cheese soup 3 cups hot cooked Riceland Extra Long Grain Rice
Brown meat in butter. Add remaining ingredients except rice. Simmer, covered, about 1-1/2 hours, or until meat is fork tender. Serve over beds of fluffy Riceland Rice. (From our "Wonderful World of Riceland Rice" cookbook)
