1 lb. lean ground round 1 cup uncooked Riceland Gold Perfected Rice 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix 1 can (10.5 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 cup water 1 cup sliced green onion tops, optional
Crumble ground meat in buttered 2-1/2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with rice and soup mix. Blend mushroom soup and water. Pour over rice. Spread onion tops over mixture. Cover and bake at 350F 1 hour. (From our "Wonderful World of Riceland Rice" cookbook)
