1 Tbsp. vegetable oil 1 lb. beef sirloin steak, cut into 1/4-inch thick slices 1 pkg. (1 lb. 5 oz.) frozen stir-fry vegetables with sauce packet 3 cups cooked rice 6 (8-10-inch) flour tortillas, warmed
Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in large skillet until hot. Add beef; cook 2-3 minutes until no longer pink. Add stir-fry vegetable mix; prepare according to pkg. directions. Stir in rice. Spoon about 1 cup rice mixture into each tortilla; wrap up and serve immeditely. (Courtesy of the USA Rice Federation)
