2 cups Riceland Extra Long Grain Rice 2 cups chicken, cooked, deboned and cubed 1 can (10.75 oz.) cream of broccoli soup 1 cup shredded light cheddar cheese
Prepare rice according to package directions. In bowl, combine rice, chicken, soup, and cheese; stir. Pour mixture into microwave-safe dish and smooth to an even layer. Put dish in microwave oven and cook on HIGH for 5-7 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Carefully remove from oven.
