2 frozen pie crusts, thawed 1 pkg. dirty rice mix 1 cup uncooked Riceland Gold Perfected Rice 1 can extra hot Rotel 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Prepare dirty rice according to package directions, adding 2 extra cups of water for extra rice. When done, add Rotel and soup; place in pie crust. Top with other pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees until top is golden brown. Makes enough for 2 pot pies. (By Sandra Phillips, Weiner, Arkansas)
