8 ounces cream cheese
½ cup sour cream
1 ½ cups cold cooked Riceland Medium Grain Brown Rice
1 package (1 ounce) ranch-style salad dressing mix
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon chopped scallions
1 teaspoon diced pimento
½ cup chopped pecans
1 Allow cream cheese to soften.
2 Mix cream cheese and sour cream together and add rice.
3 Stir in ranch-style dressing mix.
4 Add remaining ingredients except pecans and stir well.
5 Shape mixture into ball and roll in chopped pecans.
6 Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with crackers.
