A savory side dish that is sure to become a family favorite.
4 cups cooked Riceland Extra Long Grain Rice
1 cup chopped celery
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 teaspoon liquid smoke
1/2 cup butter, melter
1 cup chicken broth
Salt and pepper, to taste
Cook celery, onion and chicken broth until celery and onion are tender. Add cream of chicken soup, liquid smoke, salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
Mix melted butter with cooked rice. Combine all ingredients, and pour into a 9x13 dish.
Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 35 minutes.
