1 bag Riceland Boil-in-Bag Brown Rice
1 package of taco seasoning
1 onion, chopped
1 12-ounce can corn, drained and rinsed
1 12-ounce can tomatoes with green chilies
1 12-ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Cilantro, to taste
2 Tablespoons Riceland Rice Bran Oil
- Cook rice per directions on box.
- Heat pan on medium-high heat. Add Rice Bran Oill and chopped onion. Saute until soft.
- Add corn, black beans and tomatoes. Stir in taco seasoning.
- Add cooked rice to pan. Stir in cheese and cilantro.
