1 can (1lb 4oz) vegetarian beans in tomato sauce
1 cup ketchup
3 teaspoons dried mustard
2 cups cooked Riceland Extra Long Grain Rice
¾ cup water
¼ cup firmly packed light brown sugar (less if your canned beans have high sugar content)
4-5 partially cooked turkey bacon slices, halved
1. Combine all ingredients except bacon slices. Add salt to taste if you are using low sodium ketchup or beans.
2. Place partially cooked bacon slices over the top.
3. Bake in prepared 1.5-quart oven dish in 425F oven about 50 minutes or until most of the water is absorbed.
