Porcupine Meatballs

Ingredients:

1 lb. ground beef
1 cup uncooked Riceland Medium Grain Brown Rice
1 egg, beaten
1 (12-ounce) can tomato soup plus one can water
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Onion powder, to taste
Garlic powder, to taste
All Purpose Greek Seasoning, to taste

Directions:

Preheat over to 350 degrees. 

Combine all ingredients until well mixed. Form into meatballs, and place in a baking dish. 

Pour tomato soup and one can of water over the meatballs. Bake for 90 minutes unti meatballs are completely cooked.
