Ranch Rice Cheeseball


8 ounces cream cheese
½ cup sour cream
1 ½ cups cold cooked Riceland Plump & Tender Medium Grain Rice
1 package (1 ounce) ranch-style salad dressing mix
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon chopped scallions
1 teaspoon diced pimento
½ cup chopped pecans


  1. Allow cream cheese to soften.
  2. Mix cream cheese and sour cream together and add rice.
  3. Stir in ranch-style dressing mix. 
  4. Add remaining ingredients except pecans and stir well.
  5. Shape mixture into ball and roll in chopped pecans.
  6. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with crackers.
  7. Enjoy!
