Ingredients:

1 cup Riceland Natural Brown Rice
1 to 2 cloves fresh garlic, finley chopped
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh ginger
1/3 cup Riceland Rice Bran Oil
1/4 cup fresh parsley
1/4 cup freshly grated Romano cheese

Directions:

Prepare rice according to package directions.

Saute garlic and ginger in oil until brown. Fold garlic, ginger mixture and parsley into rice. Sprinkle with Romano cheese. Serves 6.
