1 cup Riceland Natural Brown Rice
1/4 cup Riceland Rice Bran Oil
1/4 cup stone ground whole grain flour
2 cups low fat milk
1/2 pound sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups chopped cooked turkey
3/4 cup low fat shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon lite Worcestershire sauce
Toabasco to taste
Prepare rice according to package directions.
While rice is cooking, heat oil in large skillet on high heat. Add flour and stir constantly until mixture is a medium brown. Reduce heat to medium; add milk, stirring constantly. Add remaining ingredients. SImmer for 10 minutes. Serve over hot, cooked brown rice.
