1 cup Riceland Natural Brown Rice
4 radishes, trimmed and sliced
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon sesame oil
4 scallions, sliced
4 ounces thinly sliced mushrooms
3 ounces frozen peas, thawed
2 ounces sliced water chestnuts
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
Prepare rice according to package directions.
Combine radishes with rice wine vinegar in a small bowl and set aside. Place garlic and sesame oil in a skillet. Add scallions and mushrooms. Saute until tender. Add rice, radishes, and remaining ingredients. Combine. Serve hot.
