4 Tbsp. butter

3 Tbsp. banana cream pudding mix

5 cups mini marshmallows

1/2 cup crushed vanilla wafers

6 cups crisped rice cereal

Vanilla wafers for garnish

Preparation

  1. Line a 9x13-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Using a food processor, crush 1/2 cup vanilla wafers.
  3. In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  4. Once butter is melted, add banana pudding mix and stir.
  5. Add mini marshmallows and reduce heat to low.
  6. One marshmallows are melted and mixture is smooth, remove from heat.
  7. Add crushed vanilla wafers and crisped rice cereal to melted marshmallow mixture and combine until evenly coated.
  8. Pour mixture into prepared pan. Lightly press bars until even and top with vanilla wafers. TIP: If you add vanilla wafers in a 3 x 4 grid, you can have one wafer on each bar.
  9. Let pan set at room temperature until completely cooled.
