Ingredients:
- 1 can (1lb 4oz) beans in tomato sauce
- 1 cup ketchup
- 3 teaspoons dried mustard
- 2 cups cooked Riceland Long-Grain White Rice
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar (less if your canned beans have high sugar content)
- 4-5 partially cooked bacon slices, halved
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients except bacon slices. Add salt to taste if you are using low sodium ketchup or beans.
- Place partially cooked bacon slices over the top.
- Bake in prepared 1.5-quart oven dish in 425F oven about 50 minutes or until most of the water is absorbed.
