Chicken Rice Salad

Chicken Rice Salad appetizer


2 cups chopped cooked chicken
2 cups cold cooked Riceland Gold Perfected Rice
1 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup seeded and chopped green pepper
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 cup sour cream
1 pkg. ranch style dressing mix


Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Mix well and chill. Serve on lettuce leaves or stuffed in tomatoes. A cooling summer lunch! (From our Golden Fork Classics" cookbook)"
