Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 sticks Smoked Sausage, sliced
1 cup Riceland Extra Long Grain Rice
2 cups water

Preparation

  1. Melt butter in a large pan over medium high heat until melted. Saute onion, pepper, sausage until veggies begin to soften. Add rice and water. Stir to combine.
  2. Bring to boil over high heat. Reduce heat to simmer. Cover with a tight fitting lid and simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat. Stir and let stand for 5 minutes. Eat and Enjoy!
