1 cups Riceland sushi rice

2 Tbsp. rice vinegar

6-ounces imitation crab, chopped

1/2 cup Japanese mayo

1 Tbsp. sriracha

1 cucumber, thinly sliced

1 tsp. black sesame seeds

1 tsp. sesame seeds

1 avocado, thinly sliced

1/2 cup cabbage slaw

4-ounces smoked salmon

Wasabi

Pickled ginger

Preparation

  1. Prepare rice according to package instructions.
  2. While rice is hot, gently mix in rice vinegar and set aside to cool.
  3. Chop imitation crab. Thinly slice cucumber using mandoline. Thinly slice avocado and smoked salmon.
  4. Mix Japanese mayo and sriracha together.
  5. Place 1/2 cup of rice in bowl.
  6. Top with desired ingredients.
