1 cup Riceland Extra Long Grain Rice
2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen broccoli spears, thawed
2 cups cooked, dices turkey
8 slices low fat American Cheese
1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350 F. Prepare rice according to package directions.
Place broccoli spears in an oiled baking 12x8x12-inch oven-baking dish and top with turkey. Place cheese over trukey. Combine milk and soup, stirring until blended. Pour over cheese. bake for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika. Serve over hot cooked rice. Serves 6.
