2 bags Riceland Boil-in-Bag White Rice

3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 can cream of chicken soup

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (mozzarella cheese optional)

1 can olives, sliced

1 can diced tomatoes

1 can diced pineapple

Crunchy chow mein noodles

Preparation

1. Cook chicken breasts thoroughly.

2. Pour 8 cups of water into large pot. Place 2 bags of Riceland Boil-in-Bag White Rice in water and bring to boil.

3. Cut up chicken and return it to large skillet. Add cream of chicken soup and 1 cup of water. Stir to combine. Simmer on low heat until the rice is fully cooked.

4. Slice olives and shred cheese.

5. To serve, spoon rice onto place. Top with chicken and sauce. Add olives, tomatoes, cheese, noodles, and pineapple as desired.
