For the past nine years, Amy has worked to develop the latest rice products you find at your local grocery store and enhance the rice you already have in your pantry. From cultivating flavor profiles to making sure your rice has the perfect texture, Amy contributes to many projects that end up on dinner tables across the U.S.
Amy and the team at R&T conducts yearly crop evaluation of the top 30 rice varieties and implemented a verification program to calibrate multiple instruments at each mill. This research helps to ensure that you can get high-quality rice every time you buy a bag of Riceland rice.
“Rice contains no gluten and is very easy to digest,” Beaty explains. “It is a great staple food and provides multiple nutrition benefits.”
