Autumn Rice Bake

Autumn Rice Bake dessert


1 cup Riceland Natural Brown Rice, uncooked
1½ cups orange juice
1 apple, peeled, cored and chopped
1/3 cup dried cranberries
½ cup chopped pecans
2 tablespoons brown sugar
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon salt


  1. Place rice, orange juice, apple, dried cranberries, pecans, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt in sprayed slow cooker.
  2. 2. Cover and cook on low 4-5 hours.
