2 cups Riceland sushi rice

1/4 cup rice vinegar

16-ounces imitation crab, chopped

1/2 cup Japanese mayo

1 tsp. sriracha

2-ounces cream cheese, softened

1 sheet seaweed, cut into 1" x 3" rectangles

1 Tbsp. black sesame seeds

Preparation

  1. Prepare rice according to package directions.
  2. While hot, mix in rice vinegar. Set aside to cool.
  3. Mix crab, mayo, sriracha and cream cheese in bowl.
  4. Take 3 tablespoons of rice and form into bowl shape. Add 2 Tbsp. crab mixture to middle of bowl shape.
  5. Take another 3 tablespoons and place on top of crab mixture. Form into triangle shape.
  6. Wrap bottom of rice ball with seaweed and dip top half in black sesame seeds. Serve chilled.
