Rice Salad

Rice Salad made with Boil-in-Bag Rice dish


3 cups cooked Riceland Gold Parboiled Long Grain Rice
6 boiled eggs, chopped
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup chopped sweet pickles
3 stalks chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1 jar (2 oz.) pimentos
1-1/4 cup salad dressing
Salt and pepper to taste


Prepare rice according to package directions. Rinse cooked rice with cold water and drain. Add all other ingredients to rice. Chill before serving.
