1 cup Riceland Natural Brown Rice
1/4 cup Riceland Rice Bran Oil
1/4 cup stone ground whole grain flour
2 cups low fat milk
1/2 pound sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups chopped cooked turkey
3/4 cup low fat shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon lite Worcestershire sauce
Toabasco to taste
- Prepare rice according to package directions.
- While rice is cooking, heat oil in large skillet on high heat. Add flour and stir constantly until mixture is a medium brown. Reduce heat to medium; add milk, stirring constantly. Add remaining ingredients. SImmer for 10 minutes. Serve over hot, cooked brown rice.
- Serves 4.
