Western Beans and Rice dish


1 cup Riceland Natural Brown Rice
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup sliced celery
1 tablespoon Rice Bran Oil
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
1/2 cup water
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
3 cups cooked pinto beans, drained


  1. Prepare rice according to package directions.
  2. In large skillet, saute onions and celery in oil until tender. Stir in tomato sauce, water, pepper sauce, and beans. Heat thoroughly. Serve over hot rice.
  3. Serves 6.
